PACA:

The PACA law  is promulgated in 1930 in the congress of the U.S.A. having a federal reach, trying to correct the existing inequalities in the perishable agricultural product commerce.

Different to importers or buyers, the exporters we did not need to have license PACA to sell in the United States, but no person or company who receives perishables agricultural products of Villar’s Enterprises S.A. escapes to the reaches of the Law.
